1.1 Parties to the Agreement

3.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use all services on baj life is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use the casino and betting services on this platform. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and funds will not be refunded.

3.2 Legal Eligibility

You must reside in a location where participating in online betting and casino activities is not legally prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in their area.

3.3 Political Figures and Public Officials

Government officials, political figures and their close relatives should review the relevant regulations in their own country before opening an account on this platform.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on baj life via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Each deposit transaction may take some time to complete and is dependent on the banking system.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For transactions made in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will apply, which is subject to market rates.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

All bonus offers on baj life are provided subject to specific conditions. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Each promotion has a set validity period and the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus terms are violated or there is a systematic attempt to exploit bonus offers, baj life reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account. Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

5.4 One Active Bonus at a Time

Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Activating a new bonus before the wagering on a current bonus is complete may result in the cancellation of the previous bonus.

6.1 Right to Cancel Bets

If a bet or game result is clearly incorrect due to a technical error, software issue or incorrect odds, baj life reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the original stake amount.

6.2 Game Fairness

baj life's casino games are operated through internationally certified game providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.3 Internet Connection Issues
